Out of Nowhere

To: Rosco.

You as I, out of nowhere, we

had struck a bond with a lesser god.

Such long awaited arrivals, we

grew dearly in our forsaken resonance, and

you set my feet asliding down to earth.

The canopy above

with the leering eye

could no longer suspend itself in the

windlessness of awakening.

How does an old abandoned dog teach such things?

So sudden, the terrible joy of

choosing one path

of thousands

was the matter at hand. Somehow, I

knew I was free again. And

out of nowhere

came the snowfall on a day

that graced a life just

waiting to be lived.
